24 HOURS A DAY. 7 DAYS A WEEK. - We provide full access to our physicians. We can be reached by phone 24 hours day for all emergencies. After 7 pm for non emergencies we will respond to emails or text messages within 2 hours.

WHAT IF YOU DON'T KNOW IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND NEED TO GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM? Call our physicians and you will be answered immediately and given instructions on what to do. If your condition requires hospital admission, we will meet you in the hospital within four hours of your arrival for a non life-threatening condition. If you require admission for a life-threatening condition we will meet you in the hospital immediately.

YOU WILL HAVE A TEAM OF DOCTORS WORKING TO PROVIDE YOU EXCELLENT CARE AND WE HAVE HAND PICKED YOUR SPECAILIST. Your team of doctors will always communicate about your health. When the situation permits, your team of doctors will have meetings to discuss the details of your health. This will occur whether you are in the operating room, the intensive care unit, or the clinic. YOU WILL KNOW YOUR PHYSICIANS AND YOUR TEAM OF DOCTORS WILL KNOW YOU. We will also have quarterly seminars and parties where you and your team of doctors will get a chance to interact.

THE BILL FOR OUR SPECIALIST WILL BE ADDRESSED BY YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. Our specialist is not covered by the retainer.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY THE RETAINER FOR A GENERAL SURGEON THEN ANY GENERAL SURGICAL CASE WILL BE COVERED.  We will bill your insurance but we will not balance bill you for what is not covered by your insurance. We will use our teams specialist for any cases requiring expertise that falls out of the realm of general surgery. Again, the specialist will bill the insurance but you will not be balanced bill for what is not covered by your insurance for the specialist services.
